I'm Matt — I grew up in Brighton, Michigan and now live in Howell. After more than a decade working in technology, I started Pierce Technology & AI for a simple reason: small businesses deserve better options when it comes to tech.

Most agencies are expensive, impersonal, and built to serve bigger clients. DIY tools promise simplicity but end up eating your time. And "tech consultants" too often speak a language that doesn't translate to the real world of running a business. I saw that gap firsthand and decided to fill it.

Pierce Technology & AI is a one-person operation — and that's by design. When you work with us, you're working directly with me. No account managers, no handoffs, no layers between you and the person doing the work. I handle everything from the first conversation to the final launch and ongoing support.

My goal is straightforward: build practical technology solutions that let business owners focus on their business instead of fighting with websites, software, and systems. Whether that's a site that actually brings in leads, automation that saves hours of manual work, or AI tools that make your team more productive — everything I build starts with the same question: does this actually make your business run better?
